Door Supervisor

The Door Supervisor qualification provides the training required for those wishing to apply for an SIA Door Supervisor licence and work across a wide range of security environments.

XEKO combines the required qualification content with practical, contextualised training designed to develop competence, confidence and professional judgement — not simply prepare learners to pass an assessment.

Important: Successful completion of the qualification does not itself provide an SIA licence. Learners must separately apply to the Security Industry Authority and meet its licensing requirements.

es. Your course includes mandatory online learning and pre-course preparation. Once enrolled, you will receive access to your learner portal containing the relevant materials, instructions and prerequisites. Required activities must be completed before attending your practical training.

The qualification includes a combination of multiple-choice examinations and practical assessments covering the required knowledge and skills. Practical elements include areas such as searching, conflict management and physical intervention. Your instructors will prepare you for each assessment throughout the programme.
