Our Level 2 Physical Intervention course is focused on de-escalation and safe control techniques. The training combines online theory covering conflict management, legal aspects, and risk assessment with mandatory, hands-on practical sessions. This ensures participants develop the skills to manage challenging behaviour, minimise the need for physical intervention, and use proportionate force safely when required, enhancing personal and public safety.
